Product warranty
The warranty period is the time during which you may ask the seller or manufacturer to fix a defect found in the product. We will remedy confirmed manufacturing faults unless it is shown that they arose from misuse.
When coverage starts
Coverage begins when the product is handed over to you, unless your supply contract states otherwise. For orders placed through this site, the warranty period starts on the delivery date. If the purchase date cannot be established, coverage is counted from the date of manufacture.
What is covered
QazVortex industrial vacuum units carry a twelve-month warranty on the steel body and structural assembly and on the turbine(s). This applies when the equipment is operated according to the supplied documentation, without mechanical damage, without violation of operating rules, and with scheduled maintenance performed on time where the manual requires it.
What warranty service may include
Depending on the case, we may arrange repair at an authorized service point, replace the product with an equivalent unit, offer a replacement of a different model with any price adjustment, or accept a return and refund according to applicable law and your invoice.
How to request service
Contact us using the phone, email, or consultation form in the site footer. Have your invoice or order reference ready and describe the fault. Present the complete unit in clean condition suitable for inspection, with proof of purchase. Information on this website is for reference only and does not constitute a public offer under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
General conditions
Warranty service is provided within the term stated on your invoice or warranty document, when there are no signs of mechanical damage or damage from incorrect operation. Free warranty repair may be declined if defects result from breaking operating rules, unauthorized repair, or missed mandatory maintenance of assemblies named in the manual.
Not covered by warranty
Manufacturer warranty does not extend to consumables and wear parts that fail under normal use, including but not limited to:
- Filter elements and filter cartridges
- Hoses, nozzles, and inlet accessories
- Wheels, seals, latches, and similar expendable parts
- Gaskets and other parts whose wear is expected during regular operation
Accessories
The terms above apply to QazVortex vacuum units. Accessories and spare parts may have different warranty periods as stated on your invoice or supply documents.
